  I loved living at Savannah Lakes! The location is ideal and the apartment was spacious. I lived there from 2016 to 2017. The office staff proved incompetent early on but I figure it was just the front staff. Upon leaving I decided to notify them of my departure and was informed by a "manager" (back office) that I would be fine providing notice within 60 days and that it had been approved through an exception provided by Greystone Management. I did not receive anything in writing which was a mistake that I hope future tenants can learn from. A month after leaving I received a move out summary of a full months rent at a Month to Month rate (significantly higher than normal). The reasonings listed on my paperwork were all wrong and the Greystar Management Team was brutal with their delivery as to why I was billed. I just paid my balance in full today and am finally free. Moral of the story get everything in writing! So disappointed and wonder how many other people they have taken advantage of.
