  I wanted to let everyone know how very nice Karen and Paul at The Futon Company have been to me. Really, both have been great to work and very giving of their time over the last three weeks. First by receiving our chairs in, and then by preparing our chairs for delivery after working around our wonky schedule.
  I have worked in the retail now over 30 years and I can say easily they both are top notch at helping with everything that is needed when making a purchase.
